Fit as fiddle lottory Fit as a Fidddle
As part of our Fit as a Fiddle campaign, AgeUk Sunderland offers a variety of health and fitness activities to encourage people 50 years and over to improve and maintain their general wellbeing enabling them to cope better with everyday life. Activities include: New Age Kurling and Bowls, Keep Fit, Yoga and Healthy Wellbeing courses.

AgeUk Sunderland’s ActivAge Project is supported by the Kellett Fund via the Community Foundation. This support in invaluable in ensuring that older people in Sunderland have access and opportunities to participate in courses and activities to support and promote good physical and mental health and general well-being.

Our computer suite is open all year round, Monday to Friday.
Come along to our computer drop-in and learn the basics of word processing, internet and email, or just come along and have an informal chat to find out more.
