Many older people in Sunderland are lonely and isolated. A friendly visit and a helping hand can make all the difference, which is where AgeUk Sunderland comes in.
We have a team of volunteers who make regular social visits to older people, offering company and a friendly chat.

Age Concern's Friendly Faces Home Visiting Service is a service for older people in the city who:

Live alone.
May be housebound.
Have days when they see no-one.
