We currently have 50 Day Clubs which run from Monday to Friday around the Sunderland, Penshaw, Houghton, Hetton and Washington areas with around 800 service users. Transport is available to and from your door with 9 very experienced and friendly drivers. While at the day club a freshly cooked two course meal is provided and you can play bingo, card games and dominoes for your enjoyment, help is at hand through volunteers and staff making your day a pleasent one.If you are interested in joining a day club as a service user or a volunteer, please contact us at the addresses below.

Redwood Grove is our first Day Care centre. It opened in Silksworth on Monday 3rd October 2005. The centre currently accomodates 20 service users per day. It offers relaxed surrounding combined with a high standard of care from its experienced staff. Thoughout the day we offer various activities as requested by the service user. This can include television, radio, bingo, raffles, card games, quizzes even crafts... the list continues to grow. Redwood Grove also boasts a large garden, a necessity during summer months for sun worshipers. Redwood is different to our usual day clubs in that we provide full daytime care using experienced carers. The centre has been decorated to reflect an environment that our users find not only welcoming, but also friendly and homely. The centre operates the hours of 9am until 5pm Monday - Friday (Excluding Thursday).
